We have videographers and photographers based all over the country, and will endeavour to assign the closest one available to you to reduce additional travel costs.

Simply fill in the online booking form with your preferred date and services required, our dedicated admin team will be in contact with you shortly after to confirm your booking.

When booking a full package with us ( video, photos & floor plans ) our standard turnaround time is 3 working days. We do also offer a fast 24 hour turnaround for an additional cost.

For videos we will send you a We Transfer link so you can easily download your video straight to your device. For photos and floor plans, these are uploaded on to an online gallery making it easy for your to share this with your vendors, and download both high and low res images.

Appointments cancelled within 48 hours will incur a 25% fee of the services booked. Appointments cancelled within 24 Hours will incur a 50% fee of the services booked. Appointments cancelled on the day incur a 100% fee of the services booked.

These fees will not be applied when adverse weather conditions don’t allow for shooting, but this must be agreed within 24 hours of the job start time.

If we have agreed to go ahead with the job and we can’t perform certain services e.g drone and this will need to be done another day, a revisit charge of £125 will be applied plus fuel.
