Our typical property films are between 2:30-3:30 minutes. We understand that some properties require a more bespoke package, so feel free to contact us to discuss your requirements.

All prices are excluding VAT

Size Of Property Our price list is based on properties under 4000 sq ft Properties larger than this may incur an additional charge. Please contact us to confirm.

Travel We will endeavour to find the nearest photog- rapher/videographer to reduce travel costs, however depending on availability for your preferred date we may have to source another one of our team from further afield.

Mileage is charged at 45p per mile, on distance travelled beyond 60 miles.

Turnaround Videos will be delivered within three working days of the shoot.

Amendments As part of your video package we offer one round of amendments. We advise sending all necessary lister/vendor amendments at the same time, this will ensure we deliver your video efficiently and on time.

Data We hold and archive the master MP4 file we do not keep original footage past 3 months of the filming date.
